My out of the box XCR-L is shooting left and low. Any advise on how I can adjust my peep sight to centre my rifle?

Assuming your sights are standard, there is a dial on the side of the rear sight that will move the aperture sight left to right. If your shooting left you will want to move the sight to the right until it is shooting straight. For the elevation, you will need to adjust the front sight. Unfortunately you will need to buy a sight tool to adjust this, they are cheap. Any standard AR multi sight adjuster will work, I believe they are called A-1/A-2 sight adjusters. Then dial it up to shoot lower, and dial it down to shoot higher.
