REMOVE SBRS AND SUPPRESSOR FROM THE NFA

Tonight, please call your Representative’s office. We need your immediate action to ensure Short Barrel Rifles (SBRs), Short Barrel Shotguns (SBSs), and Suppressor are completely removed form the National Firearms Act (NFA).  

Representative Clyde is currently holding up the Build Back Better (BBB) Act. Why? Because it doesn’t remove the firearms listed above from the NFA.  

The Senate Parliamentarian recently allowed only the tax to be removed from these two acts, leaving the unconstitutional registration requirements in place. This is not enough.

• If only the tax is removed, these items will remain vulnerable to future tax increases by those who oppose our rights.
•  
• If both the tax and the registration requirements are removed, it will be significantly more difficult for these items to be added the NFA in the future.

It’s critical that both the tax and the registration requirements are eliminated.  This may be our only chance to get this done.

Contact your Representative tonight and demand they vote for Congressman Clyde’s amendment. 202-224-3121.  Their voice is crucial in safeguarding our freedoms.  This the most important pro-gun legislation I’ve seen in my lifetime.
