CA, NY, MA, NJ, CO COMPLIANT RIFLES
We frequently get asked if we make rifles that are California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York compliant.
You can order one by using one of the Builders on our site to choose which options you want and put in the comments that it must be compliant for your state.
There’s several ways we can make your rifle compliant. Here are some examples.
In California, we first make sure the rifle is at least 30″ long. Then we make the stock so it won’t fold or collapse, use a pistol grip with a fin on the back, a muzzle brake rather than a flash hider, and a 10 round mag. This is referred to as “featureless.” We can also make the magazine so it cannot be removed from the lower receiver and leave on all the other fun features.
For Massachusetts and New Jersey, we pin and weld the muzzle brake to the barrel, make the stock so it won’t fold or collapse, and use a 10 round magazines.
For New York, we us a Mean Arms Lock to permanently attach a 10 round magazine to the lower. As stated earlier, we can also do this for CA. The XCR can be easily opened to load.
